This music first came to me when I was alone, crying on my bed. But I feel so hopeful about even remembering that! It was my soul's way of expressing this faith I have inside of me - not a perfect knowledge by any means - but a perfect faith that I have a Savior (the "He" in this song) who will absolutely heal anything for me. I wrote this song about spring of 2022. It was the night before a hard day I knew I was going to have the next day. I was going to do something very important but painful - you know when you know you have to do something? I just started writing this song on my bed as I was crying - music helps me express myself more than anything else sometimes.
